IMPORTANT INFORMATION - WINTER WEATHER

AS WINTER WEATHER approaches, precautions must be taken to ensure that burst pipes do not occur.  Make sure that your heating system is working.  DO THIS NOW  - CHECK THAT YOUR HEATING IS IN WORKING ORDER.  If tenants are having any problems please contact us or if not fully managed properties contact your Landlord.

During the winter months if there is any likelihood of frost approaching and you are out of the property during the daytime, make sure your central heating system is set to run continuously at a temperature which is high enough to avoid any frost damage.  

Should you be going away from home, ensure that heating is left on as above.  

Also to avoid danger of freezing pipes in roof area, in extreme cold weather, leave the loft hatch open a few inches to allow warm air to circulate
